Totally disappointed, terrible service and soo expensive for nothing done professionally. I mentioned to you that I have to get going to another appointment you told me 1 hour and I'M out of here . And 1 Hour and 25 minutes later, and only because I stopped in your kiosk and ask you why my car is outside and nobody let me know the test is done , when you consider reviewing my car even so , you finished another 2 cars with me standing waiting for my results. Later before giving me information the first thing you did was making sure I paid and later I realized that they were charged extra for some material they never used. YOU told me they were going to connect some computer to the car, which didn't happen, second they never even checked the underside, there is a leak and never , neither you or your mechanic even mentioned. I can tell you the only important thing for you was to get me charged. Seems like I paid for someone to hear and feel the car in base of that to say what is wrong. No results based on a test made for a computer scanner. Any other mechanic could do the same for cheaper or ever free of charge .

We dealt with Boston for our vehicle purchase. He was extremely helpful and accomodating-never putting high pressure on us to buy. If he didn't know the answer to a question he was not afraid to say, "Hey I'm not sure about that-lemme check and find out for you". I think it is admirable to admit that you don't know something and go talk to someone to convey the correct information-instead of just winging it and giving us a bunch of bull. This is the only reason we came back to this dealer. One manager was very finger guns and "Hey-Hi-Hello there! How can we get you into a vehicle TODAY!" We didn't get that from Boston and felt he wanted us to be happy and satisfied with our final decision. Thumbs up Boston-we will be sending people your way. Thanks for all your help!
