Great completed within an hour!!!

Service was completed as quickly as possible and staff were all courteous

I chose the option to have my transmission services from the list of services provided. This is for a 2017 Buick LaCrosse. Dropped off the car and got a ride home. About an hour later, the service rep called to tell me they don't carry transmission oils for Buick LaCrosse's and to come get the car. If you are not carrying parts for Buick LaCrosse's then there is no point in going to Kunes.

I came in to try and lower my payment on a 2025 truck I leased and they got me out of that high payment and into a 2026 Terrain AT4 with a lower payment! Then the next day they called and told me that they got the interest rate even lower! Now I'm in a 2026 vehicle with a lower payment and warranty. I couldn't be happier! Robert Tietz and Jonathan Lenius work very hard to take care of their customers! I have found that it's more than this specific dealer too. The whole auto group works hard to get the deal done and take care of the customer! I have bought three vehicles from this auto group and they all work so hard during, and after the sale to take care of the customer. I can't help but sing the praise of Kunes and GMC! The quality of all of the new GM vehicles is outstanding!

Had the 50,000 transmission service performed

Ted took care of me. Told me about a recall. Said tires were rotated and tire pressure adjusted to 36. Not only were the tires NOT rotated. As I had them marked but tire pressure was still over 40 psi and that was a specific request I made when I arrived.

Excellent service as usual. Everyone is very cordial, helpful, and informative. I always bring my vehicle for service.

The employees were very friendly and eager to help. I was able to order the part that I needed. I would recommend Kunes to any of my family and friends.
